volunteering for a committee or serving on the board

for the 2026-27 school year?

The following positions are available:

• Co-President: Work with current president to shadow and take over for next term
• Secretary:  Attend monthly meetings and record meeting notes and action items
• Co-Treasurer:  Work with treasurer to manage books and cash for events
• Spirit Wear: Work with our vendor to distribute new spirit wear items
• School Supplies:  Work with our current vendor on school supply orders

• FACS-Alderman: Embroidery Machine
• Library-Ekstrand: 2 copies of each book of the Trendy Twelve
• Technology-Grindstaff: Sphero Robotics Bolt+Maze & Grid Code Mat
• Admin-Owings: Sandwiches for Student Activities CPR training
• ESOL-Barkley: Field trip money to meet pen pals
• Gifted-Pepper: Circuit Scribe, art supplies and games/puzzles
• Theater-Zagorski: 30 wireless mini mic's and headset communication
• Cheer-Alderman: 40 Cheer bags
• Admin-Owings: Aluminum benches for track

Thank you so much for supporting the LKMS PTO so that we can support our teachers, staff, and students!  We were able to fulfill grants totaling $10,133.12 for the 2025-2026 school year!
